Terms of stay

NIETUZINKOWO is a private home that we share with our guests, and I am delighted that you are here. At the same time, please keep this in mind and follow the rules below, so that all of us gathered here at the same time can feel good and enjoy ourselves.

1. Enjoy your stay, use and respect the things around you so that the next guests can enjoy them too.
2. If something breaks or gets stained, let us know – the sooner we can fix it, the sooner you will have it repaired, and we will have peace of mind. 
3. Let’s agree that after 11 pm we do not blast our favourite hits at full volume, we try to respect the fact that there are other guests and the owners in the house. Quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 7:00.
4. We do not smoke cigarettes or cigarette-like inventions in the house, but there is a designated spot in front of the house.
5. Please  do not bring in outside visitors without our consent.
6. As the bathroom is shared with other guests, please bear in mind (especially in the morning) that someone else may urgently need to use it, so let’s save the long baths for the afternoon.
7. Breakfast is served buffet-style from 8:00 to 10:00. Please agree the time with the host the day before, according to your preferences. During breakfast the rule is: eat your fill, but do not take food out of the dining room. Making sandwiches to take away will be treated as a packed lunch, which is charged extra.
8. We try not to walk around the house in shoes, so please use slippers, especially upstairs.
9. Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
10. In the case of early departure or cancellation of the stay by the Guests for reasons beyond the hosts’ control, the amount agreed for the whole stay remains unchanged.
11. A free, unguarded car park is at your disposal; we accept no liability for cars left in the car park.
12. A little more serious now, but important for you to know. By renting a room, the Guest agrees to observe these rules and to use the rooms for their intended purpose. The owner has the right to end the Guests’ stay if their behaviour deviates far from these rules and from commonly accepted moral standards, without a refund of the cost of the stay.
13. Look after your keys, because the fee for a lost key/having a new one cut is 100 zł.
14. We accept no liability for belongings left in the rooms; thefts basically do not happen here, but it is worth locking your room when you head out to the mountains.
15. The owners of the house have the right to enter a room: in the Guests’ absence in the event of a breakdown occurring for reasons beyond the Guests’ control, or for reasons caused by the Guests in the event of a gross breach of these rules.
16. The items in and around the house are the property of the hosts, and taking
    them away is forbidden.
17. The host is available to help between 8:00 and 20:00. Contact phone: +48 603799336. The exception to this rule is serious emergencies that make it impossible to continue your stay.
