From the very first moments you can feel the calm and harmonious atmosphere, which lets you leave your worries at the gate and focus on yourself. This is not just a place to sleep - it is a place you come to for a true reset.

A house with soul and history
Stay in a roughly 250-year-old half-timbered house, full of soul and history. Weavers once lived and worked here. The house creaks, breathes and has a charm of its own, a cosy aura. Authentic, not staged.

We offer just three double rooms, furnished with a touch of modernity and taste, created with comfort and truly restorative rest in mind.

In the garden, with a view of Stóg Izerski, hammocks, deckchairs, a swing, an outdoor table and a fire pit await you. Charmingly arranged with flowers and fruit trees. Here you will find silence, nature and no overstimulation. It is a space where you truly rest, and not just physically.
Homemade breakfasts worth celebrating
In the morning we serve unhurried breakfasts made with produce from local farmers and our own baking, using vegetables and edible flowers from our garden. The kind eaten at a shared table, where conversations sometimes run long.
A perfect base for the mountains
Hiking, running and cycling trails start right behind the house, and the gondola lift to Stóg Izerski is within easy reach.
Slow travel without the hustle
We have no TV, we do not accept pets or toddlers, and night-time quiet hours apply - perfect conditions to catch your breath and just be here and now.
Personal growth
On request we organise personal development sessions, meditation or handicraft workshops (art therapy), supporting you in slowing down and looking inward.

Here you are not a customer to be served - you are a guest of the house! We will welcome you with attentiveness, conversation and space. We create this place with heart. Some even say you can feel like at home here, or like staying with good friends.
Although the house is historic, we make sure it is full of comfort for our guests.
For rainy days and evenings we have prepared board games, books, travel albums and a veranda with a large table and an exceptional view.
The bathroom is shared - just like in a real home.
Next to the rooms there is a coffee corner (water, coffee, a selection of teas) and a small fridge.

Świeradów-Zdrój and the Izera Mountains
Lower Silesia welcomes you
Świeradów-Zdrój lies at the foot of the Izera Mountains, near the Czech border. A spa town with long traditions, surrounded by forests and trails - but without the commercial hustle, and time flows a little slower here. Nietuzinkowo is located on the outskirts of the town. You can reach the centre on foot through the forest, or by car in 5 minutes. Near the house you will find a café, 3 restaurants, a Dino supermarket, thermal baths and a water spring.

- Singletrack - over 80 km of mountain-bike trails in the Izera Mountains on the Polish and Czech side. The start is right behind the house.
- Sky Walk - an observation tower with a panorama of the Sudetes
- The gondola lift to Stóg Izerski - approx. 2.3 km from the house
- A brine graduation tower, a water spring, the Czerniawa-Zdrój park - a 15-minute walk
- Trekking and walking trails start right at the gate. The nearby Karkonosze Mountains are within easy reach.
- Czocha Castle, Frýdlant, and the Valley of Palaces and Gardens around Jelenia Góra
- The Izera Dark-Sky Park - one of the darkest patches of sky in Europe, and the famous blueberry pancakes at Chatka Górzystów.
